You can easily understand the message of Artist the he wants to explain through this image but I will explain what I think through this Art. In this image we have to notice the paper and Coins Below the human arm.
The human arm is calculating the profit in business by employing a terribly handy calculator of abacus. Typically abacus have beads for calculation however during this art work there are little solders rather than beads. This signifies that the arm is arm of Weapons industry that solely gets profited if there's war and casualties of war. The human arm is calculating each casualties of war and therefore the profit of weapons trade.

Amateurs (signified by the kid) in industries follow same old practices, which effects the environment badly, even after knowing the risks (wearing a gas mask). This also large suggests that kids mimic their elders, even if they have been victims themselves, thus suggesting us to act wisely.

We all know it is going to kill us. The bottle is see through we can see it from outside that it is slowly getting closer, there is warning everywhere, but we choose to ignore them.
Another one would be:
Stop drinking while there is time: the hook will kill you, but it wont reach out of the bottle till there is some alcohol left. So stop while you can.
Alcohol looks very attractive (as bottle is made shiny), but it makes you hooked, and then die in pain.

I think this is focused at on-line dating, Now a days we are like dogs who do no longer care how a person actually is, but we can sniff their Internet Profiles (Facebook), and pick our partners. More they Brag (smellier) more suitable the partner.

This one is really an interesting one
We always say that we choose our leaders with our own choice, it is democracy, but how do we make that choice. It is not really our choice.
What shows in picture is two of them have voted and now it is chance for others, but they are confused who to choose. so they asked the guy ( Media) and he shows the second option Green one. so now everyone will choose that.
Another Thought
This picture clearly shows Two things. How leaders and politicians use their Power (stick represent power), Wealth (suit represent Wealth), Laws (dog represent Law), and false promises (grass on paper, which is not possible), to lure public into voting. It also shows the mentality of people of running with the crowd (bhed-chaal in Hindi). And we all follow these bhed-chaal while selecting Branch in School (most of us select Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce on the basis of what our friend choose) and while choose Colleges we follow the same protocol .
